Colleen Maillie joined Libarty Group in the spring of 2012. With a Masters of Divinity, Colleen has continued in post-graduate work studying Bowen Family Systems Theory and its application to organizational management. Colleen offers a unique lens and approach to guide her in searches on a Client’s behalf. In October 2023, Ms. Maillie became Owner and President of Libarty Group, Inc.
Larry Moeller co-founded Libarty Group in 1993. Larry began his corporate career in 1972, progressing through sales and marketing to seven years as vice president and division general manager. Since 1991, his focus in executive search has been on retained positions at upper and senior levels. Larry received his BS/Engineering from Iowa State University, with graduate business studies at Bowling Green State University. In October 2023, Larry transferred ownership of Libarty Group to his daughter, and retains an active desk for carefully curated clients.

Miranda McKeehan
Miranda McKeehan began her career with Libarty Group in 2019. Miranda received her BA/Psychology from the University of TN, Knoxville, and spent her previous career with Tennessee’s Department of Child Services, focusing on forensic interviewing and investigations. Miranda's studies of human behavior and interaction, along with Organizational Psychology, enables her to assess ‘fit’ for Client companies with elusive and highly sought after talent.
