Larry Moeller co-founded Libarty Group in 1993. Today Libarty Group is a business of Abarentha, Inc., a corporation wholly owned by him. Mr. Moeller began his corporate career in 1972, progressing through sales and marketing to seven years as vice president and division general manager. Since 1991, his focus in executive search has been on retained positions at upper and senior levels. Mr. Moeller received his BS/Engineering from Iowa State University, with graduate business studies at Bowling Green State University. He is based at the principal office in Maryville TN.

Colleen Maillie is the founder and principal of Oelia & Company, a consultancy specializing in talent acquisition and development, and organizational change management. With a BA from California Lutheran University, an MDiv from Princeton Theological Seminary, and experience in group dynamics through the lens of family system theory, Ms. Maillie offers unique insight to clients. She is based at the principal Libarty office in Maryville TN.
